instant pot mac and cheese

This dish is super easy and only takes a few minutes to gather and dump your ingredients into your instant pot. I often make this for gatherings and it is always a crowd pleaser. And the best part is that all my kids eat it!

Total time: About 20 minutes

Serves 8

1 pound noodles (shells, elbows, or any style you like) 4 cups water 4 TBSP butter 1 tsp salt 1/2 cup milk- adjust if want a little creamier 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 2 cups of another cheese (I use gouda, gruyere, swiss, provolone or any combo)

Add everything except the milk and cheese to the instant pot. Set for high pressure, cook 5 minutes, then quick release. Stir in milk and cheeses and set lid on for a few minutes to melt together.

*special note. Sometimes I think it can get a little too cheesey, so add the amount of cheese to your liking.
